We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your order. Please read the policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return & Refund Conditions
Reskin may accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The item should be returned in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Products damaged during delivery or received incorrectly may qualify for return or refund
Please note that opened, used, or damaged products from the customer’s side are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process

Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong product instead of the item you ordered, Reskin will help you exchange it under these conditions:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Product should be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancelled.
